Group Fitness

More than 30 fitness classes are offered throughout the week, focusing on all aspects of fitness strength training and flexibility.

Included are classes by Les Mills, the industry leader in group fitness. Instructors are required to complete a rigorous training and evaluation program for certification. These classes are expertly choreographed and high energy, and they are updated every few months to make fitness fun!

Reserve online or call the front desk to reserve a spot in class up to 48 hours in advance.  In the event you are unable to attend, please call the front desk or remove your reservation from the class online.

A 30 minute core strengthening class that really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.


The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. It burns the most calories out of any LesMills class! The music is POWERFUL and there are DYNAMIC instructors who motivate everyone toward their fitness goals. There are low options for every high-intensity movement- a great challenge for all ability levels!


The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.


The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Strength & Tone

Core and all over muscle toning using a variety of equipment; free weights, resistance bands, body bar, barbell, stability ball and even paper plates!!!


High-energy classic cardio (Hi or Low impact). Intervals of cardio mixed with bouts of resistance training. This class is anything but mundane. Instructors mix it up by using stability balls and fitness bands. You will burn fat and increase your cardiovascular endurance to reach your fitness goals.


Classic step is a great cardio workout that is easily individualized. A frequently asked question is, "How is Step different from BODYSTEP?" Step classes are choreographed by the instructor, most movements are not as fast and it is much lower impact, making it suitable for all age groups. These differences do not sacrifice INTENSITY. It's fun, it's challenging for any fitness level and the body benefits are numerous. Give it a try!


Who said hard work couldn't be fun? Using a large stability ball, hand-held weights, good music and fun choreography this class is designed to build core strength and gain better balance. A primary benefit of the ball, as opposed to exercising directly on a hard flat surface, is that the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, engaging many more muscles. Those muscles become stronger over time to keep balance.


A series of non-impact exercises done standing or on the mat. Mat Pilates exercises are core conditioning exercises performed in a slow and controlled manner that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk.


Keep it simple on the mat. Stretch through a series of fluid moves and Pilates breath to relax, reduce stress and restore calm.


Revisit posture and flexibility with a rather unique approach to stretching. Placing the body in positions where strength, range of motion, and proprioception are all developed, this class can help you gain more control of your body and increase your efficiency in movement. The class focuses on educating and empowering YOU to take action toward your health and wellness.


The postures in vinyassa yoga are used to link breathing and movement to heat the body from the inside out. A series of postures are linked together to challenge balance and focus on core strength. Many postures use your own body weight to strengthen, stretch and lengthen muscles. Options are offered so whether this is your 1st or 100th yoga class, you'll be sure to leave feeling balanced, centered and relaxed.

All Levels Yoga

Any level yoga practitioner is welcome. The class will develop breath and body awareness while flowing between poses. Muscles will be stretched and strengthened to open the body and prepare for relaxation at the end of each class.
