Med Fit

We encourage you to continue on your path of health and wellness by entering into our Med Fit program. This  program is a great way to enhance your recovery, increase strength and flexibility, as well as, prevent future injury. Med Fit focuses on the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as; diabetes, obesity, and musculoskeletal health to name a few. Both men and women who increase their levels of physical activity and fitness have seen reductions in all related health risks by about 20%-35%.

Let Synergy Fitness’ Med Fit program be your catalyst to even greater personal achievement. Our programs are unique, suited for all ages, diagnoses, and are designed to assist patients in their transition into an independent strength, conditioning, and wellness program.

Options

We have several packages to choose from that will fit into almost any budget ,while still receiving the highest quality of care. All packages will have the professional guidance of an Exercise Physiologist, Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, or Licensed Athletic Trainer to create a structured exercise program to ensure safety and your continued success.

  • Ultimate Care – This package is designed for those who need the continued 1 on 1 care.  This is the recommended way to transition into a fitness program and have the greatest success.  This package includes 3 training sessions per week for 3 months, plus a full facility membership for 3 months
  • Gradual Step Down –  This package includes 3 training sessions per week for 1 month, then 2 training sessions per week for months 2 and 3, plus a full facility membership for 3 months.
  • Step Down –   This package steps you down from a guided exercise program to an independent program.  The Step Down package includes 3 training sessions per week for the first month, then decreases to 2 training sessions per week for the second month, then 1 training session per week for the 3rd month, plus a full facility membership for 3 months.
  • Path to Independence –   This package will give some initial 1 on 1 guidance but enables you to become independent sooner.  This package includes 2 training sessions per week for the first month, 1 training session per week for the second month and an independent program for the third month, plus a full facility membership for 3 months
  • Membership Plus – This is a minimally guided exercise program.  With this option you will be given one personal training session plus an orientation to the facility including how to use the equipment. This also gives you access to our large variety of group fitness classes. This package includes a full facility Membership for 3 months.
