Stephanie Kieber graduated from Northern Michigan University with her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2011. She obtained her personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in 2011 as well. While attending NMU, she also attended the Marquette School of Therapeutic Massage and finished the program in 2010 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since then, she has been working as a personal trainer and massage therapist with the goal of helping people feel better, move better, and train better. Wanting to further her education, she later went on to Graduate School at Northern Michigan University and completed her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2014.
Stephanie has a passion for helping people improve their overall health and fitness. She believes that massage and exercise complement each other incredibly well and is excited to use both of these tools to help enhance people’s lives, whether they are training for a competition, recovering from an injury, or simply trying to improve their health. Having a background in athletic training also allows her to tailor her massages or training sessions to the client’s needs—aiding in recovery from an injury or retraining the muscles after surgery. She has learned a lot about the body through the pursuit of her degrees and certifications and is grateful for the opportunity to use this knowledge to help people achieve their health and fitness goals, whatever those may be!
