Natalie was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She graduated witha Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from Northern Michigan University in May 2025. Natalie grew up as a competitive dancer where she traveled across Michigan. As a dancer, she earned a scholarship and top placement awards. During her years in dance, she worked with a
team of exercise and nutrition professionals which sparked her passion for sports performance and fitness. Natalie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She started at Synergy in November 2025 as a personal trainer. She is dedicated to
guiding athletes to increase their sports performance through evidence-based training methodsand to help anyone feel healthy and strong.
