AARON KAIKKO
BS, CSCS
Aaron Kaikko was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He graduated with an Associate of Science from Gogebic Community College in 2016 and then graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the Sports Science program at Northern Michigan University in 2018. Aaron started work at Synergy in 2019 as a personal trainer and also as a strength and conditioning coach at Northern Michigan University in the same year.
Aaron is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).
While working as a strength coach at Northern Michigan University he has been with these teams; Swim, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, hockey, lacrosse, alpine ski and track.
He has a passion to help athletes to increase their sport performance and to help anyone feel healthy and strong.
